准确的劳动力计算是编制其他资源需求量计划和确定施工进度计划的基础。本文探讨劳动力的定额计算法和经验估算法，以促进投标施工组织设计编制质量的提高。
Accurate labor force calculation is the basis of est-ablishing other resource demand plan and determines the con-struction progress. This article discusses the quota calculation method and experience estimation method of labor, so as to improve the establishment quality of construction organization design.
