摘要
对土地利用总体规划进行环境影响评价能发现土地规划对生态环境造成的不利影响。本文介绍了其涵义、规划对土壤、水文等生态影响。通过土地利用方式中存在的问题进行分析，探寻不合理利用对生态环境造成的影响及对策。
The general land use planning environmental imp-act assessment can find the adverse effects the ecological environment of land use planning. This paper introduces the implication and planning impact on the hydrological ecological of soil and hydrology. Through the analysis of the existing problems in the land use mode, the author explores the unr-easonable use of the effects on the ecological environment and countermeasures.
