自从IBM提出了“智慧的地球”这一理念，进而引发了全球智慧城市建设的热潮。在中山翠亨新区入选2013年度国家智慧城市试点名单背景下，探讨中山翠亨新区通信基础设施的建设需求。
Since IBM put forward the concept of ＂smarter planet＂and causes the global wisdom urban construction boom. Under the pilot list background of Zhongshan Cuiheng district in 2013 annual national wisdom city, this article discusses the construction needs of Zhongshan Cuiheng new communication infrastructure.
