文化景观视角下“四态合一”的古镇复兴方法与路径——以黔东南下司古镇概念性城市设计为例

Ancient Town Regeneration From Cultural Landscape Viewpoint: Xiasi Ancient Town Conceptual Urban Design,Qiandongnan County

近年来,我国古镇开发的热度持续升温,对古镇复兴研究的关注度也逐渐提高,因此有必要开拓新的理论视角,探寻古镇复兴的内涵与路径。研究从文化景观的角度入手,通过分析与解读古镇的文化景观类型和构成要素,提炼基于物质要素和价值要素的古镇复兴内涵,总结出融合生态、形态、文态和业态"四态合一"的古镇复兴策略和方法,并结合黔东南下司古镇概念性城市设计实践,阐述"四态合一"的古镇复兴方法在实践中的应用。

Ancient town redevelopment has heat up in recent years. New theories are needed to enrich the connotation and path of ancient town regeneration. The paper starts with cultural landscape, analyzes the type and components of Xiasi ancient town cultural landscape, studies the content of ancient town regeneration, concludes ＂four in one＂ regeneration strategy including ecology, morphology, culture, and business, and applies the strategy in Xiasi ancient town conceptual urban design.
