摘要
前海深港现代服务业合作区拥有独特的区位和交通优势,是深圳提升国际影响力的中心地区和标志地区,被定位为"粤港现代服务业创新合作示范区"。前海各层次规划受深圳市政府的重视与关注,并成立深圳市前海深港现代服务业合作区管理局作为法定管理机构进行规划管理。前海在各层次规划编制工作中,从规划编制体系、规划实施体系、成果内容与表达方式到开发模式、土地管理机制等方面都进行了积极探索与实践,规划编制体系结构科学、层次完善、实施性强,成果水平较高,特色鲜明,其规划编制的组织方法和工作思路对国内其他地区的规划编制将有所借鉴和启示。
Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone（QSHCZ） has advantageous location and transportation, and has been labeled as paradigm Canton-Hong Kong modern service industry cooperation zone. The authority of QSHCZ is founded to manage and supervise different urban plans. QSHCZ has made innovative practice in planning compilation, implementation, expression, development, and land management. The planning compilation of QSHCZ has merits in structure, implementation, and organization, and provides a reference for other cities.
