At present, in order to construct as soon as possible and reduce the engineering cost in a lot of projects, people co-ntrol the construction progress is not enough, which lead the construction quality, cost and safety cannot be effectively con-trolled. In the construction engineering, the construction proc-ess is the key step. In order to ensure the construction quality and control the project cost, the scientific management of con-struction progress is needed.
