The project budget and final account is the key part of project cost, the quality of preparation wil directly affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. In order to ensure the integrity, accuracy of budget and set lement system, staff shou-ld be familiar with the factors affecting the engineering budge-ting compilation quality, master measures and methods of eng-ineering budgeting, and strengthen the management of pre set-lement project at same time.
