摘要
客运专线CRTS-Ⅱ型板的梁面平整度验收要求较高,本文介绍了沪昆客运专线江西段I标玉山梁场生产的箱梁梁面平整度控制具体措施和施工方法。为了满足梁面验收3 mm/4 m、2 mm/1 m要求,梁场在工艺、振平机设备上进行创新改革,以便减少后期桥面打磨量,节约成本。
The beam surface of passenger dedicated line CR-TS-II plate flatness inspection requirements higher, this paper introduces specific control measures and construction method of the I standard box beam surface flatness control in Jiangxi Shanghai Kunming passenger dedicated line segment in produ-ced by Yushan beam field. In order to meet the beam surface acceptance of 3 mm/4 m, 2 mm/1 m, beam field in the process, vibration level of equipment made the reform and innovation, to reduce the amount of later deck polishing, and save cost.
