城市五星级酒店功能区域设计导则研究

RESEARCH ON DESIGN GUIDELINE FOR FUNCTION SPACES OF URBAN FIVE-STAR HOTELS

本文在分析12家酒店管理公司关于功能区域的设计导则及其管理的14家五星级酒店设计样本基础上,归纳出在设计前期阶段能普适于各个酒店管理公司要求的用以指导建筑设计的酒店功能区设计原则。

Based on the design Guideline for the function spaces areas applied by 12 hotel management companies and sample design of 14 five-star hotels managed by them, this article makes a summary of the design guideline for the function spaces of the hotels that are extensively applicable to the requirements of the hotel management companies in the early stage of design to guide the building design.
