益气养胃汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎60例

Yiqiyangwei decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(Report of 60 cases)

目的采用自拟益气养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,并对其临床疗效及临床症状改善进行观察。方法 120例患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组采用自拟益气养胃汤进行治疗,同时配合奥美拉唑40 mg/d,阿莫西林1 g+克拉霉素0.5 g,2次/日,对照组采用奥美拉唑40 mg/d,阿莫西林1 g+克拉霉素0.5 g,2次/日,联用进行治疗。并对2组的胃镜疗效和各症状改善进行总结。结果与对照组比较,治疗组在胃镜疗效上具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在症状改善上,胃脘胀满、胃痛等症状具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而嗳气、纳呆、便溏等症状则无明显统计学意义。结论采用自拟益气养胃汤配合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎在临床中可取得较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Yiqiyangwei decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with Yiqiyangwei decoction with clarithromycin, amoxicillin and omeprazole. The control group were treated with clarithromycin, amoxicillin and omeprazole. Each treated for 12 weeks. Results Compared with the control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05） in clinical effects and such symptoms as epigastric pain and epigastric fullness. And there was no significant difference （P〈0.05） in belching, anorexia and loose stool. Conclusion Applying Yiqiyangwang decoction with clarithromycin, amoxicillin and omeprazole has better therapeutic effects in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in clinical practices.
