摘要
面临新形势下商业零售设计的机遇和挑战,商业建筑的体验功能应相对于购物功能进一步加强,传统设计方法需要变革,本文提出可能的应对策略——"零售娱乐目的地",通过项目实践具体阐述何为"零售娱乐目的地"以及常有的设计策略和手法,最后回溯该理念的历史渊源及与当前实践的相通之处——有意义、有感染力的场所永远是建筑设计的灵魂。
Firstly, this article introduces the chances and challenges faced by the retail design nowadays in China and puts forward the retail and amusement destination as the solution. Then, it introduces the concept of retail and amusement destination and its usual design strategies and methods. Finnally, it explains the historical origin of the concept "Genius Loci" and its reference to the current practice. The significant and influencing sites are always the soul in the architectural design.
