摘要
本文从CBD的基本概念、原理出发，对相关理论、资料以及规划建设进行分析研究，结合西安高新区的实际情况，提出西安高新区CBD规划应遵循的原则和思想，也提出一系列具体建设、实施意见。
This article starts from the basic concept and principle of CBD and analyzes and studies the related theory, data and planning construction. The author combines with the actual situation of Xi＇an high-tech zone, puts forward the pr-inciples and ideas of Xi＇an high-tech zone CBD planning, and puts forward a series of concrete construction and implemen-tation opinions.
