随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对住宅的要求越来越高，不仅要求房屋外型美观，而且要宽敞舒适。但现代房屋结构设计中存在的问题，需要建筑设计师加以改进。本文简要分析了房屋建筑设计中存在的问题，并提出改进措施。

As the rising living standard, the demand for ho-using is higher and higher. People not only require building’s appearance, also capacious and comfortable room. But the pr-oblems existing in the modern building structure design need to be improved by architects. This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the building design and puts forward im-provement measures.
