本文主要讨论了新时期建筑工程应当选择何种施工技术，并对提高项目管理水平进行了了详细地研究。在建设过程中应结合工程的实际特点，积极调整管理理念，以提升工程建筑的施工水平。
This article mainly discusses which kinds of con-struction technology should be choose for construction eng-ineering in new period and studies in detail how to improve the level of project management. In combination with the practical characteristics in the process of engineering construction, act-ively adjust the management philosophy to improve the con-struction of engineering construction level.
