摘要
建筑工程项目管理的最主要内容就是对风险的控制与管理，其直接关系到建筑工程项目目标的实现。本文以建筑工程项目目标为出发点，对工程项目的风险控制与管理存在的问题进行分析与研究，并且总结出相应的管理策略。
The main content of construction engineering pro-ject management is to control and manage risk, which is directly related to achieve the aim of the construction project or not. Taking the target of architectural engineering project as a starting point, the paper analyzes and researches the existing problems to risk control and management and sums up the corresponding management strategy.
