摘要
文章介绍了界面管理的基本概念，并以 WBS 为基础，对地铁工程项目实施过程中的界面内容进行了分析与研究，提出了集成化管理的新思路。并通过 BIM 信息系统平台的构建，实现了地铁工程项目全寿命期内工程信息的集成化管理，以提高管理效率。
This paper introduces the basic concept of interface management, analyses and studies the interface content of the subway project implementation process and puts forward the new thought of integrated management. Realize the integrated management of engineering information in the full life period of subway project, through the construction of BIM inform-ation system platform, so as to improve the efficiency of management.
