随着我国建筑行业管理水平的提高，很多问题逐渐显露出来。建筑工程管理无论在实际施工还是施工管理中，都存在一些问题，需要管理人员不断地改进和完善。本文对建筑工程管理中存在的问题进行分析，提出了相应的控制措施和解决对策。

With the improvement of management level of Chinese construction industry, a lot of problems gradual y revealed. Construction project management has some problems whether in the actual construction or in the construction ma-nagement, which need managers continuously improve and pe-rfect. This paper analyzes the existing problems in construction project management and puts forward the corresponding co-ntrol measures and countermeasures.
