摘要
建筑项目运行风险管理一般包括风险的识别、估计、评价与决策。风险的管理是为了有准备的、理性的实施项目，降低风险带来的危害，为整个项目的实施提供保证。本文以项目风险管理的一般程序以及风险控制措施为脉络，对建筑项目风险管理进行了论述。
Construction project operation risk management general y includes risk identification, estimation, evaluation and decision. Risk management is the preparative and rat-ionality implementation project, reduce the risk of harm, and provide guarantee to the whole project implementation. This article takes the general procedure of project risk management and risk control measures as the context, discusses the const-ruction project risk management.
