摘要
本文通过对我国土木工程建筑施工管理现状地分析，提出了一些土木工程建筑施工管理中存在的问题，然后根据土木工程建筑施工管理的内容，简要列举了一些有效措施。
This article through the present situation analysis of Chinese civil engineering construction management and put forward the existing problems in the civil engineering con-struction management, and then bases on the content of civil engineering construction management, briefly lists some eff-ective measures.
