建筑施工管理对建筑企业发展有着重要作用，可以使企业提升施工效率，为建筑企业取得更多的市场效益。绿色建筑管理的出现，使建筑施工管理发展进入新的阶段。本文对当前建筑施工管理创新进行了分析，探讨了绿色施工管理在建筑施工管理中的作用。
The construction management plays an important role in the development of construction enterprises, which can improves the efficiency and gets more market benefits for construction enterprises. The emergence of green construction management makes construction management development entered a new stage. This article analyses the management innovation of construction and discusses the role of green co-nstruction management in the construction management.
