Building mechanical and electrical engineering is the most important process in the building construction process. Before the construction of mechanical and electrical engine-ering, the project management system and emergency plan should be formulated, and people should protect the resources as wel as the reasonable utilization of resources in the mec-hanical and electrical engineering construction process so as to ensure the smooth progress of construction.
