摘要
建筑施工管理直接影响着建筑产品的质量和人们的生命财产安全。然而当前建筑施工管理过程中还存在一系列的问题，对建筑企业和建筑质量都会带来影响，本文浅述了建筑施工安全管理过程中存在的问题以及应对策略。
Building construction management directly influe-nces the quality of building products and people＆#39;s life and property safety. However, a series of problems stil exist in the management process of construction at present, which wil affect the construction enterprise and construction quality. This article elaborates the existing problems and countermeasures in the process of building construction safety management.
