摘要
笔者结合自身工作的实践和理论知识，从博弈论的层面分析了不同开发商群体开发绿色建筑的意愿，并做了仿真模拟，以此来探讨房地产开发商群体的绿色建筑开发行为的演化。
This article combines with work experience and theoretical knowledge, analyzes the wil ingness to develop green building for different developers from the aspect of game theory and a simulation is carried out, in order to explore the evolution of green building development behavior for the real estate developers.
