解析工程招投标存在的问题及对策

建筑业在工程招投标中一直存在着许多问题。自2000年1月1日起施行《招投标法》以来，通过十几年的执行，取得了一定的效果和成绩，但依然存在着不少问题。本文就这些问题进行分析，并提出相应的对策及措施。

There have been many problems in the project bidding in the construction industry. Since bid-tender was tak-en ef ect in January 1, 2000, there is a certain effect and per-formance through implementation for more than ten years, but many problems stil exist. This paper analyzes these problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measu-res.
