本文通过分析城市现代性与历史传统在建筑、空间、生态环境以及社会方面的辩证关系，讨论了现代城市在与传统交接中应该深入思考的问题。最后明确，应该扬传统之长、避现代之短，充分发挥城市现代性的有利方面。

This article analyses the dialectic connections bet-ween urban modernity and historical tradition in the aspect of building, space and society, and discusses the problem existing in the intersection of modern city and the historical tradition which should be thought deeply. In short, this is sensible to learn the advantages of traditional and avoid the shortcomings of modern cities, and give full play to the city the beneficial aspects of modernity.
