摘要
工程项目包含多种专业知识和技能，加强学习型团队的建设和打造，对于提高工程整体施工质量、保证施工进度有十分积极的意义。在学习型团队打造的过程中，可以通过激励来提高人员的积极性。本文对上述问题进行了讨论。
Engineering project contains a variety of profe-ssional knowledge and skil s and strengthen the construct and build the learning-oriented team, which has very positive mea-ning to improve the overal construction quality and guarantee the construction progress. In the construction process of lea-rning-oriented team, people can boost the enthusiasm of the staff by incentive. This article discusses the above problems.
