摘要
通过对西安纺织城单位制住区进行研究，推断单位制住区空间演变存在的3个阶段。需要从住区空间结构、公共服务设施布局和住宅户型3个方面进行分析。
This article through the research of residential tex-tile city system in Xi ＇an, and infer the three stages of res-idential space evolution. The author from three aspects of the residential space structure, public service facilities layout and residential door model to analyzes.
