中小河道综合治理问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Comprehensive Management of Medium and Small Rivers

河道建设是地方基础设施的重要组成部分，是关系到一个地方经济的持续、稳定、健康发展的重要因素。一直以来，各相关部门都十分重视河道整治与管理，经过多年的努力，无论是从功能上，还是从景观上都得到了根本的改变，防汛排涝系统日臻完整，水环境日趋优美。但由于环境意识薄弱、河道管理观念相对滞后等原因，目前仍存在一些问题值得我们去思考。本文就通过深入分析上海市青浦区重固镇中小河道综合治理中存在的问题，对加强中小河道综合治理提出了可行的对策和建议。

River course construction is an important part of the local infrastructure, is an important factor to influence the sustainable, stable, healthy development of local economy. Al along, the relevant departments have at ached great importance to river regulation and management, after years of effort, wh-ether it is from the function or the landscape has been a fun-damental change, flood control and drainage system is comp-lete, and the water environment is becoming more and more beautiful. But due to the environmental consciousness is weak, the river management is lagging behind, there are still some problems worth our thinking. In this paper, through in-depth analysis of the existing problem of the comprehensive mana-gement of small and medium rivers in Shanghai City Qingpu area Guzhen, the feasible countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the comprehensive management of the small river are proposed.
