改革开放以来,我国经济发展迅猛,城市空间结构出现了重大的演变,影响城市空间结构演化的因素也变得错综复杂。本文主要从聚集经济、产业结构调整和城市住宅发展三方面,对城市空间结构演化的影响进行了研究。

Since the reform and opening up, Chinese econo-mic develop rapidly. The urban spatial structure emerged in a major evolution, and the factors that affect the urban spatial structure evolution are also becoming complicated. This article carries on the research of the influence of the urban spatial structure evolution mainly from three aspects of agglomeration economy, industrial structure adjustment and urban residential development.
