灌注桩施工过程中的事故预防分析

Analysis of Accident Prevention in the Construction Process of Cast-in-place Pile

灌注桩技术由于成桩速度快、成本低、质量高等优点得到了广泛应用,但是由于其施工工艺的特殊性,在施工过程中极易出现施工事故。笔者结合自己多年的一线经验,对灌注桩施工过程中极易出现的事故及其原因进行深入探究,并提出了预防和解决措施,提高成桩合格率。

Cast-in-place pile technology because of fast pile forming speed, low cost, high quality has been widely used, but due to the particularity of the construction process, const-ruction accidents easily appears in the process of construction. The author combined with many years of hands-on experience, makes in-depth research of accidents and its causes prone to construction process of bored pile, and puts forward the sol-ution and preventive measures, to improve the qualified rate of the pile.
