摘要
在城市建设的背景下,我国房地产事业呈现出了蓬勃发展的状态,促使社会各界关注房地产的施工质量。本文对目前房地产的现状进行了研究,探讨了全过程施工中涉及到的技术以及技术管理。
Under the background of urban construction, Chi-nese real estate business presents the vigorous development stats, which prompts the social people focus on real estate co-nstruction quality. In this article, the author explores the curr-ent situation of real estate and discusses the technology and technical management in the whole construction process.
