摘要
建筑行业对经济发展与人民生活水平的提升有着重要的意义。笔者从分析我国建设施工单位在施工现场管理过程中出现的问题入手,提出了解决施工现场管理问题的有效对策,为我国建筑施工企业加强施工现场管理提供了科学依据。
The construction industry has an important signifi-cance on the promotion of economic development and people＆#39;s life. The author starts from the analysis of the existing prob-lems of Chinese construction units in the process of constr-uction site management, put forward the effective counterme-asures to solve the construction site management problems, an-d provides reference for Chinese construction enterprises to strengthen the construction site management.
