施工现场的管理关乎整个工程的施工质量、进度、安全等等问题,怎么协调好它们之间的关系,这都是现场施工管理的工作。本文主要分析优化现场施工管理的有效措施,进一步阐述管理人员应协调好现场进度与质量之间的关系,以保证整个建筑工程的质量达标。

The construction site management relates to the whole project construction quality, progress, safety and so on, how to coordinate the relationship between them, this is the site construction management work. This paper mainly makes an analysis on optimization measures of construction site man-agement, further elaborates the management personnel should coordinate the relationship between the schedule and quality, to ensure the quality of the entire construction project.
