摘要
项目施工进度控制是项目施工管理工作的主要内容,任何施工单位都希望在规定的工期内超标、超质量的完成工程的建设,以实现企业的效益。本文是从专业技术和管理两层面分析不同因素对项目施工进度的影响,同时提出工程项目进度控制措施,以保证工程项目在合同规定的工期内顺利完工。
Project construction schedule control is the main content of project construction management work, any constr-uction unit want to exceed the construction within the time limit, super quality and standard for the completion of the wo-rks, in order to realize the benefits of enterprise. This paper is to analyze the effect of different factors on the project constru-ction progress from two levels of professional technical and m-anagement, at the same time, puts forward project progress co-ntrol measures, to ensure that the project successfully comple-ted in the contract period.
