摘要
建筑施工企业管理水平的高低直接影响企业建筑质量的好坏及经济效益增长,如何结合建筑施工实际情况与企业特色是管理人员必须重视的问题。本文结合建筑施工企业管理实际情况,就创新管理、提高施工管理的整体水平为目的展开探讨。
The management level of construction enterprise d-irectly affects the growth of enterprises and economic benefits of construction quality is good or bad, how to combine the actual situation and characteristics of construction enterprise is the problem managers must pay at ention to.
