摘要
随着城市建筑进程急剧加速,建筑造价的管控变得更加重要。建筑造价贯穿于整个工程过程中,具有涉及面广、综合性强等特点。本文就当下建筑造价管控中存在的一些问题,如何进行建筑造价的有效管控,提出了一些建议。
With the violent acceleration of the urban construc-tion process, the construction cost control becomes more imp-ortant. The architecture costs throughout the whole project process, which has the characteristics of wide range and best comprehensive. In this article, the author puts forward some suggestions to the present existing problems of construction cost control and how to effectively control construction cost.
