质量是管理活动的追求目标和评价标准。区域封闭计量管理的目的是降低供销差率,差率是区域封闭计量管理过程的结果,其质量通过管理过程得到保证。因此,可以通过对质量管理的研究,来完善和发展区域封闭计量管理。
Quality is the pursuit goal and evaluation standard of management activities. Regional sealing metrological mana-gement aims to reduce the supply and marketing rate. The diff-erence rate is the result of regional sealing metrological mana-gement process and the quality guaranteed through manageme-nt process. Therefore, people can through the study of quality management to perfect and develop the regional sealing metro-logical management.
