摘要
本文针对工程招标的作用和方法进行了分析,阐述了工程招标的基本要求,并对如何提高工程招标在项目建设中的作用进行了分析,以此指出招标是保证项目建设顺利实施的重要性。
This paper analyzes the function and methods of engineering bidding, il ustrates the basic requirements of pro-ject bidding, and analyzes on how to improve the function of project bidding in project construction, which pointed out the importance to ensure the smooth implementation of project co-nstruction bidding.
