生态文明建设已作为“五位一体”被写入十八大报告，可见建设生态城镇势在必行。本文从生态学及可持续发展原则的角度，阐述了生态城镇规划的理论依据。并通过分析现今城镇建设的缺失，探讨生态城镇规划的合理设计要求。

The ecological civilization construction as the "five in one" has been writen in the eighteen report, which can con-clude that the construction of ecological towns is imperative. This article elaborates the theory basis of ecological urban planning from the perspective of ecology and sustainable dev-elopment principle. And the author bases on the analysis of the lack of today's urban construction and discusses the reasonable design requirements of ecological town planning.
