浅析北方住宅户型特点

Analysis of the Characteristic of Northern Residential Apartment Layout

本文结合笔者长期在北方楼盘考察调研和北方住宅项目设计的经验，发现这些城市的住宅户型与南方有很大差异。本文以沈阳为例，浅析北方住宅户型的特点。以期让未做过北方项目的同仁，对北方住宅户型有所了解和认知。

In this article, the author bases on the experience of long-term survey and research of north buildings and the nor-thern residential project design, find that the residential apa-rtment layout has significant differences in the south of city. This article takes Shenyang as an example and briefly analyzes the characteristic of the northern residential apartment layout, in order to let coleagues that didn’t construct the projects in the north to understand and cognitive the northern residential apartment layout.
