摘要
本文从工程前期准备、设计方案定位、施工图纸设计、审图报建、招投标、签订施工合同、现场实施组织施工、综合验收交付使用等几个项目管理方面进行了分析,论证了节点控制对于工程项目管理的作用。
This article carries on the analysis of several aspe-cts of project management from the previous project prepa-ration, design orientation, construction drawing design, appr-oval drawing and application for construction, bidding, sign the construction contracts, the implementation and organizati-on construction on-site, and comprehensive acceptance of de-livery and so on, and demonstrates the node control for en-gineering project management.
