随着社会经济的发展，房地产行业也在不断地发展。目前，我国的房地产工程项目在质量管理方面还存在着不少问题，影响了工程的质量。本文对房地产项目质量管理中存在的主要问题进行了分析，并提出了解决问题的有效对策。

With the development of social economy, the real estate industry is in constant development. At present, Chinese real estate project stil has many problems in the aspect of quality management, which affects the project quality. In this article, the author carries on the analysis of the main problems in the real estate project quality management and put forward the effective countermeasures to solve theproblem.
