建设工程造价管理是对人力、财力、物力的合理配置，本文对建设工程造价管理的概念、影响因素等进行了介绍。并从决策、设计、施工、竣工等多个环节，对工程造价管理的优化进行了一个全方位地探讨。
The construction project cost management is the reasonable alocation of manpower, financial and material res-ources.
