摘要
为了适应建筑工程对施工不断提高的要求，建筑施工企业就需要加强成本管理，这样才能保证建筑施工企业的经济效益。笔者一直从事建筑工程造价方面的管理工作，现结合自己的工作经验，对建筑造价管理的涵义、现状和发展趋势进行了具体分析。
In order to adapt to the increasing improvement requirements of construction engineering to the construction, the construction enterprises need to strengthen the cost mana-gement so as to ensure the economic benefits of construction enterprises. The author has been engaged in the management of construction project cost and combines with the work expe-rience to analysis the meaning of construction cost manage-ment, the present situation and development trend in detail.
