面对全国消防培训基地蓬勃发展的趋势，消防部队基地化训练迎来了难得的发展机遇。本文对基地化训练的必要性进行说明，分析现阶段福建省消防总队培训基地部分训练中存在的问题，以此为消防部队开展及计划训练提出可行的建议。

In the face of the booming trend of national fire protection training base, the fire fighting forces base training ushered a rare development opportunity. This article introduces the necessity of training base and analyzes of the existing problems in the training base of Fujian fire corps at present stage so as to put forward feasible suggestions for the fire fighting forces to carry out the plan and training.
