轨道交通疏解临时道路比新建道路的改造条件更为复杂。文章对站点周边交通组织、征地拆迁、绿化带改造、地下管线保护、路面市政设施等交通疏解设计过程中容易遇到的重点、难点问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的针对性措施。

The reconstruction condition of rail traffic organiz-ation temporary roads is more complex than new roads. This article analyzes the emphases and difficulties encountered pro-blems of traffic organization surrounding the site, land demol-ition, the transformation of green belts, the underground pipel-ine protection, municipal facilities and other traffic organiza-tion design in the process of traffic organization design, and puts forward the corresponding measures.
