摘要
铁路班组的管理在我国铁路安全运行中有着举足轻重的地位。调度工作是铁路安全的主体，通过提升调度部门的管理水平，从而强化安全机制。本文从目前我国铁路中在管理上所存在的弊端进行分析，着重阐述如何提升班组的管理水平。
The railway team management has a pivotal pos-ition in Chinese railway safety operation. Dispatching work is the main part of the railway safety. Through ascension sched-uling department＆#39;s management level, people can strengthen the security mechanism. This article analyzes the weakness of current Chinese railway management, and focuses on how to enhance the management level of team.
