浅谈重构我国城市规划建设用地标准的探讨

Discuss the Exploration of Reconstruct the Construction Land Standards of Chinese Urban Planning

我国国土资源部颁布了《新国标》，该标准一出，不仅为我国城市规划建设用地的重构指明了工作方向，同时也提出了对该工作的新要求。笔者结合实践工作经验，对重构我国城市规划建设用地标准的相关内容进行了探讨。

Chinese ministry of land and resources has issued a“NewGB”. This standard not only points out the work direc-tion for the reconstruction of Chinese urban planning and construction land, but alsoput forward new requirements for the job. The author combines with practical work experience, and discusses the related content to the construction land stan-dard of reconstruct Chinese urban planning.
