基于发展网络理论的城市设计专业培养模式研究

RESEARCH ON URBAN DESIGN EDUCATION MODEL BASED ON THEORY OF DEVELOPMENTAL NETWORK

当今城市设计实践的综合化与城市设计团队的多元化对城市设计师的知识构成、专业素养以及实践能力提出了更高的要求。如何培养符合社会需求的应用型城市设计专门人才,是现阶段城市设计方向硕士研究生培养需要着重探讨的话题。本文基于当代城市设计的特征与需求,尝试引入增强教育专业化水平与职业能力的发展网络理论,从提升网络关联多样性与强度两方面建构城市设计师发展网络模型,并在此基础上探讨城市设计专业培养模式,为高校培养应用型城市设计人才提供建议。

The integration of urban design practice and diversification of urban design group give the challenge to the knowledge structure, professional attainment and practical ability for the urban designers. How to train the suitable talents is the key issue in urban design education. Based on the features and demands of contemporary urban design, this article makes an introduction of the theory of network developmental which aims to improve the specialization and professionalism and develop the network for urban designers from the aspects of network diversity and strength, and makes a discussion on the education model of urban design, so as to provide suggestions to the higher education schools to train more professional talents of urban design.
