多视角下对北京历史名园新认识

New Understanding of Beijing Historic Gardens from Multiple Perspectives

以不同阶段对历史名园的认识为主线,以提高历史名园的管理水平为目标,采用对比研究和案例研究的方法,在整理对历史名园的传统认识及现代认识的基础上,从经济学与公共管理学等多学科视角研究了北京历史名园目前面临的管理问题。研究突破了园林学科的单一视角,跳出园林看园林,提出了采用物品分类理论、资源价值评估理论及历史名园层级结构理论来探究历史名园目前所遇到的功能叠加、游客超载、基础设施落后等管理问题,对于提高北京历史名园的管理水平,推动多学科对于历史名园的共同研究具有积极的意义。

With the main line of the understanding of famous gardens at different stages, the goal of improving the management level of historic gardens, and the methods of comparative study and case study, and based on clearing up the traditional and modern understandings of historical gardens, the current management problems of Beijing historic gardens were studied in this paper from the perspective of multiple disciplines such as economics and public management. The study broke through the single perspective of the landscape architecture discipline, reviewed landscape architecture with an alternative perspective, and proposed the goods classification theory, the resource value assessment theory and the historic garden hierarchical system theory to explore the current problems of functions overlaying, tourists overload, and backward infrastructures, which has a positive meaning in improving the management level of Beijing historic gardens and promoting the multi-disciplinary research of historic park.
